FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATES

An Elevation Certificate is a document created by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to be used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances, to determine the proper flood insurance premium rate, and to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letter of Map Revision based on fill (LOMR-F). If you own or are planning to purchase a home or business property in a flood plain, you will want us to prepare an Elevation Certificate for you.
