Larry began his surveying career in 1969 for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) as a field surveyor. In 1974, he continued his surveying career working for the City of Salem, Virginia Engineering Department in various roles from land surveyor to civil engineer, erosion & sediment control inspector to construction inspector. He received his Associates Degree in Civil Engineering Technology in 1992 and upon becoming fully licensed as a land surveyor in 2000, Larry started his business, Larry T. Ogle, Sr., L.S., L.C., to provide quality land surveying at an affordable price to the greater Roanoke area.

“Dovile received her Bachelor’s Degree of Measurement Engineering (Land Surveying, Geodesy & Cartography) from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University in Vilnius, Lithuania in 2008. While working as a land surveyor in Alytus, Lithuania, she received her Masters of Management and Business Administration degree from Vytautas Magnus University in 2010. In 2016, Dovile began her surveying career in Roanoke, Virginia in positions ranging from Survey Rodsman, to Survey Party Chief to Project Manager and is currently pursuing licensure as a Land Surveyor in Virginia. Dovile began her career with Larry T. Ogle, Sr., L.S., L.C. in August of 2022.”
